Can't dial-out: the dialpad shows only one row of buttons and disappears when attempting to dial anything. Can't block spam callers. Way inappropriate access requests given its only going to be used for phone service for work. Truly doesn't need to see our pictures and other files. Can't even open the app without full permissions to everything on device.

Truly has been blocking me from making normal calls on my phone. Every time I dial an outbound number and press the send button, truly opens up a new dial window without starting the call. Prevented all outbound calls both on the truly app and the normal system phone until I uninstalled. Also, when installed, truly's logo pops up on my screen and cannot be taken off of my screen even when the app is not in use. So I find myself restarting my phone regularly to clear the logo off my screen.

The user interface and lack of functionality makes communicating with clients more difficult and confusing. Just plain awful.
